Refund and Returns Policy

Digital refund policy: full refund within 14 days if the file has not been downloaded, and a full refund for broken or misdescribed files.

Our products are digital downloads: script packages delivered as a file, immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped, and nothing physical is returned. This policy therefore deals with refunds rather than returns.

The short version

  • If the file has not been downloaded yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and we will grant it.
  • If the file has been downloaded, the sale is final. A digital file cannot be returned, and we cannot verify that a delivered script has not been retained.
  • If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the listing described, you get a full refund regardless of download status.

Refund window

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the download link for that product has not been used. The window runs from the moment your order is complete, not from the moment you first look at it.

How to request a refund

  • Email shenzwufeng@outlook.com from the address used to place the order.
  • Include your order number (it is in your confirmation email).
  • Tell us briefly why. You do not have to justify a request made inside the window, but it helps us fix problems.

We aim to answer refund requests within two business days.

When a refund will not be issued

  • The download link for the product has already been used.
  • The request arrives after the 14 day window.
  • You are asking to return a product after using it to develop, produce, adapt or translate a project.
  • You have breached the licence terms in our Terms & Conditions — for example by redistributing the script file.
  • The purchase was made fraudulently or with an instrument you were not authorised to use.

We may decline a request outside the window. If we do, we will tell you why in writing.

Broken, incomplete or misdescribed files

If a file will not open, is missing content, or does not match the description on the product page, contact us within 30 days of purchase with the order number and a description of the problem. We will either send a corrected file or refund the order in full. You choose which. This applies whether or not you have downloaded it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within five business days; your bank or payment provider may then take a further five to ten business days to show the credit. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.

Consumers in the EU and the UK: you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once the download begins, and you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right when you place the order. If you have not started the download, the withdrawal right is unaffected and this policy’s 14 day window applies on top of it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback takes weeks, and most problems are solved in a single email. Raising one after downloading the file may be treated as a breach of the licence.
