This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Wufeng Trading Co., Ltd. (“WFUNY”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit wfunyugc.com or buy one of our digital products. It also tells you what rights you have over that information.

This website is operated by Shenzhen Wufeng Trading Co., Ltd., a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, with its registered address at Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation we are the data controller.

What we collect

Order information. Your name, email address, billing address and the products you bought. We need this to deliver your files, to keep a record of the sale and to meet our tax obligations.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address, your name and your order history. We never store your password in readable form.
Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus a transaction reference, the amount and the last digits of the payment instrument. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials.
Technical information. IP address, browser user agent and access times, recorded by our server and by our anti-spam and security software.
Optional form data. Anything you type into our contact or newsletter forms.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

To deliver what you bought — contractual necessity. We cannot process an order without an email address and a working download link.
To keep accurate financial records — legal obligation.
To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and spam — legitimate interest.
To answer your support requests — contractual necessity, or legitimate interest depending on the request.
To send marketing email — consent only. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your order emails.

Children
