Digital Delivery Policy

How digital orders are delivered: instant download, unlimited re-downloads, no expiry, and what to do if a link fails.

Every product on wfunyugc.com is a digital download. There is no shipping, no handling fee and no physical item. This page explains exactly how and when you receive your files.

How delivery works

  • Immediately after payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order confirmation page. If you have an account, the same links are always available under My Account → Downloads.
  • By email. Your order confirmation email contains the download link. Keep it: it is also your receipt.
  • No waiting period. We do not queue or manually approve downloads. Delivery is automatic, twenty-four hours a day.

What you receive

Each product is delivered as a plain text package (a .txt file, UTF-8 encoded). Script packages contain the story bible, character bible, structure, episode hook map, scene samples, production notes and marketing copy as described on the product page. Bundles and collections are delivered as a single combined file that contains the index followed by every script package it includes.

No special software is required. Any text editor or word processor opens the file.

Download limits

Downloads are unlimited, and your links do not expire. Download the file as many times as you need, on as many devices as you own, and keep a backup copy. This is deliberate: we would rather you kept your own copy than depended on our server.

If delivery fails

  • Check your spam folder — order emails occasionally land there.
  • Sign in and open My Account → Downloads. Links are always there, whatever happened to the email.
  • If the problem is a payment that left your account without an order, email us with the payment reference and we will resolve it.

If a link returns an error or serves a corrupted file, email shenzwufeng@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase and we will send a corrected file or refund the order. You choose which.

File format and accessibility

Our packages are plain text, which means they can be read by screen readers, searched, converted and reformatted freely. If you need the material in a different format for accessibility reasons, ask us and we will help at no charge.

Licence

Delivery of a file does not transfer copyright. What you may do with a downloaded script is set out in full in the licence section of our Terms & Conditions. In short: develop, adapt and produce the material; do not resell or redistribute the script file itself.
